Brandon Bartie was born and raised in Port Arthur, Texas. A proud graduate of the inaugural class of Memorial High School in 2003, Brandon continued his education at Prairie View A&M University, where he studied vocal music and developed a passion for service and leadership.
After returning home, Brandon began working for the Port Arthur Independent School District (PAISD) in several roles that kept him close to the students and community:

In 2015, at just 31 years old, Brandon was elected to the PAISD Board of Trustees, becoming one of the youngest school board members in the state of Texas. He has since served as:
Brandon was licensed to preach the Gospel on September 18, 2005, under the leadership of Dr. John R. Adolph at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas. His ministry work is at the core of his values and continues to guide his leadership and decision-making.

Brandon is a dedicated husband and father. He is married to Marlease Bartie, and they are raising their son, Brenden Bartie, along with their family dog, Blu. His family is the foundation of his faith, values, and commitment to service.
